Privacy Policy
Effective date: 21 September 2026
This policy explains the types of information Pyar Se may process when you create an account, use messaging, request calls, use wallet/payment features, apply as a host, or contact support.
1. Information you provide
- Account details such as email address, display name, age/18+ confirmation, and profile information.
- Host application information, profile text, rates, languages, and verification information where required.
- Messages, reports, blocks, support requests, and other content you choose to submit.
- Payment-related transaction identifiers and status. Full card or banking credentials should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by Pyar Se.
2. Information generated when you use the service
We may process technical and operational information such as account identifiers, timestamps, call-request status, wallet ledger entries, device/app diagnostics, security events, and moderation records.
3. Audio and video calls
Real-time calls may be provided through a communications provider such as LiveKit. Pyar Se should not intentionally record call audio or video unless users are clearly informed and appropriate consent and legal requirements are satisfied.
4. Why information is used
- To create and secure accounts.
- To operate profiles, messaging, calls, wallet features, host features, and customer support.
- To detect fraud, enforce community rules, investigate reports, and protect users.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
- To maintain and improve reliability and performance.
5. Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate Pyar Se, such as authentication/database hosting, communications, payments, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, or customer support. Each provider processes information under its own terms and applicable agreements.
6. Sharing
Pyar Se should not sell personal information. Information may be shared when necessary to operate the service, with your direction, to address safety or fraud, or when legally required.
7. Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, security, dispute handling, financial records, and legal requirements. Deleted accounts may require limited records to be retained where legally necessary.
8. Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request information about your data. The app should provide an account-deletion option and a published external deletion path before production launch.
9. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards should be used, including access controls and server-side protection of private credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Pyar Se is an 18+ service and is not intended for children or minors. Accounts reasonably identified as belonging to a minor should be restricted or removed according to the service's safety process.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes. Material changes should be reflected by updating the effective date and, when appropriate, notifying users.
12. Contact
Before launch, replace this line with the real privacy/support email and legal operator details required for your launch jurisdiction.
