Pyar Se is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. The service is for respectful conversation and social connection. Sexual services, explicit content, harassment, exploitation, threats, fraud, and illegal activity are prohibited.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.

2. What Pyar Se provides

Pyar Se may allow members to discover approved conversation hosts, exchange messages, and request audio or video conversations. Availability of a host is not guaranteed.

3. Community conduct

• Be respectful and obtain consent before starting or continuing a conversation.
• Do not send sexual or explicit content, request sexual services, harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, or exploit another person.
• Do not share another person's private information without permission.
• Do not record calls or conversations without all legally required consent.
• Use report and block tools when necessary.

4. Hosts

Host profiles may require review or verification before appearing publicly. Approval may be denied, suspended, or revoked for safety, policy, fraud, or legal reasons.

5. Payments and wallet balance

Paid features may use a wallet or payment provider. Prices and applicable charges should be shown before purchase or use. Wallet credits are intended only for eligible services in Pyar Se and are not cash, cryptocurrency, or a transferable financial product. Payment reversals, refunds, and failed transactions may be handled according to the applicable refund policy and payment-provider rules.

6. Safety and emergencies

Pyar Se is not an emergency service, medical service, therapy service, or crisis hotline. If there is an immediate danger or emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service or a trusted adult/person nearby.

7. User content

You are responsible for content you submit. You grant Pyar Se the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, transmit, moderate, and display that content for operating the service. You must have the right to upload anything you submit.

8. Suspension and termination

Accounts or content may be restricted or removed for policy violations, suspected fraud, safety risks, legal requirements, or abuse of the service. Users may request account deletion through the app or the published deletion process.

9. Service availability

The service may change, experience outages, or discontinue features. No guarantee is made that every feature or host will always be available.

10. Limitation and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. Material changes should be communicated through the app or website, and the effective date above should be updated.
